A source has informed RiverParishFootball.com that Phillip Banko is out as East St. John’s head football coach and athletic director. The source informed RPF.com that Banko received a phone call Monday from East St. John High School coach Patricia Triche, who informed him that St. John Schools Superintendent Kevin George wanted to go in a different direction.
