Anthony “Pooka” Williams lost the regular season rushing title to Covington’s Devin Brumfield. He may just have to settle for being a 1,000-yard rusher – in the postseason. Ever since Nick Saltaformaggio arrived in Hahnville four years ago, the Tigers have yearned to host a Class 5A quarterfinal game at home. Nick Saltaformaggio had an inkling Hahnville’s Class 5A second-round playoff game at Ruston on Friday night would come down to the fourth quarter – he just didn’t expect it to come down to the final seconds.
