Two old buddies decided to get together to have some fun on the field and decided to bring their teams along. That’s why a River Parish team like Hahnville was taking a team from Mississippi in a spring game Thursday night in Boutte. Oh, and by the way, Williams is going to the Class 5A semifinals along with all... Keep Reading

Nick Saltaformaggio had an inkling Hahnville’s Class 5A second-round playoff game at Ruston on Friday night would come down to the fourth quarter – he just didn’t expect it to come down to the final seconds. The Tigers were clinging to a 23-21 lead after a 24-yard Thomas Rasco field goal and just trying to hold on. Ruston’s defense forced a pair of Hahnville punts late in the game... Keep Reading
