The Power-5 schools draw the major attention on National Signing Day, but as usual, recruiters from smaller schools came away with another bumper crop from the River Parishes, some in bulk. Of the 29 players from River Parish schools who signed with colleges on Wednesday, 23 were with programs at the Football Championship Subdivision level or lower.
