A couple of folks in Destrehan have been calling the new wide receiver, “The Kid from Newman” – mainly because they couldn’t remember his name, After Thursday night’s Ed Reed River Parishes Jamboree, that shouldn’t be a problem. The Lutcher Bulldogs won’t have an open date in Week 10 after all. After struggling since late 2012 to find an opponent for the final week of the 2013 regular season, Miller-McCoy almost fell in the laps of the Bulldogs.
