River Parish players major factor in quick turnaround for Nicholls

THIBODAUX - A lot was on the line in Nicholls’ game last Saturday against Houston Baptist at Guidry Stadium. THIBODAUX - Once again, players from River Parish high schools played a prominent role in a Nicholls victory. For the past seven years we have been blessed with a stable of talented quarterbacks in River Parish Football. Ranking the Top 5, like the other positions is no easy task. Landry returns to Lutcher for 3rd Annual GiveBack Event

Bigger and better. That's the way Jarvis Landry described his 3rd Annual GiveBack event Friday at Lutcher. Entering his fourth season in the NFL for the Miami Dolphins, the former Lutcher and LSU standout wide receiver put on a football clinic for close to 150 local children ages 11-13.
