East St. John junior quarterback Marquise Darensbourg has been named the Riverparishfootball.com/Buckwalter Insurance Player of the Week after accounting for six touchdowns in The Wildcats 47-37 win over Terrebonne. Darensbourg was 10-19 passing for 171 yards with 3 touchdowns, and rushed 24 times for 224 yards and 3 touchdowns, leading the Wildcats to their first win of the season. Keep Reading

Hahnville sophomore running back Anthony Williams registed touchdowns via the rush, receiving, and a punt return against the Wildcats racking up over 350 total yards along the way helping the Tigers to a 49-15 win over East St. John.
