Given enough experience, Riverside Academy may finally have figure out all this open-date stuff. Riverside has faced three open dates this season. In the week following the first two, the Rebels lost 42-21 to De La Salle and 31-30 in overtime to Newman. Following a Week 10 bye week, the defending state champion Rebels opened the Division III playoffs at home with a 42-21 triumph over a scrappy Northlake Christian last Friday.
