Heightened expectations greet Rebels with start of 2013 season

The amazing transformation of the Riverside Academy Rebels continues. A year ago, a young and struggling Rebels squad lost their first four games. They were outscored 222-74 and suffered a 59-0 loss to John Curtis. By midseason, the Riverside team grew up to the point where, led by a freshman quarterback and a pair of youthful receivers, the Rebels started racking up yards, points and wins all the way to the Class 2A quarterfinals.
