THIBODAUX  - During a 40-year coaching career, Don Rodrigue has worn many hats, including those of Rayne, H.L. Bourgeois, St. James and Vandebilt Catholic, along with another from Nicholls. Rodrigue was back on the Thibodaux campus Monday after taking over as the camp director of the Offensive-Defensive Line camp. From the late 1950s through early 1960s, once-powerful Notre Dame couldn’t seem to beat perennial Big Ten doormat Northwestern, losing to the Wildcats four years in a row. Since the Fighting Irish couldn’t beat Northwestern, Notre Dame just hired away the Wildcats’ coach.
